Crash involving semi and sedan on I-35 SB near Marietta kills 2 adults and 2 children

LOVE CO., OK – Two small children and two adults died Saturday in a collision involving a semi and a sedan along the interstate north of Marietta.
According to KFOR News 4, the incident happened around 6:30 p.m. on the southbound side of I-35 just south of Overbrook. This area is just west of Lake Murray State Park.
Authorities aren’t yet sure what caused a 2024 Honda Civic and a 2014 Freightliner to collide.
All four unrestrained occupants in the Honda died from injuries sustained in the crash. Officials have listed the victims as a one-year-old child, a four-year-old child, a 36-year-old man, identified as Reginaldo Fernando Martinez, and a 35-year-old woman, identified as Marisa Sanchez.
The driver of the 18-wheeler did not sustain injuries in the accident.
A full investigation is underway.
