Crash on I-40 WB at Douglas in Midwest City slows traffic

MIDWEST CITY, OK – An evening collision along the interstate in Midwest City delayed traffic while crews worked at the scene, reports TTN Oklahoma City.

The incident happened sometime before 7 p.m. on the westbound side of I-40 at Douglas Boulevard, which is just east of Tinker Golf Course.
Authorities haven’t yet shared information about how the crash happened, and it’s unclear if there were injuries.
Officials say the crash significantly slowed traffic between Douglas and Anderson.
The investigation is ongoing.
