Crash on SH-74 between Chestnut and Center slows traffic

GOLDSBY, OK – A collision along the highway prompted road closures on Wednesday afternoon in Goldsby while crews worked to clear the scene, reports the Oklahoma Department of Transportation.
MCCLAIN CO: All lanes of SH-74 are closed between Center Rd. and Chestnut Rd. in Goldsby due to a crash. Drivers should locate an alternate route. Notice will be sent when lanes reopen.

The incident happened around 2:54 p.m. on SH-74 between Center Road and Chestnut Drive, which is just west of IH-35.
Police have not yet shared details regarding the cause of the accident. All lanes of SH-74 remained closed until around 3:19 p.m.
