Crashes reported near Will Rogers World Airport in SW Oklahoma City

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK — A pair of collision was reported Thursday morning near Will Rogers World Airport in southwest Oklahoma City, according to News 9 KWTV.
First responders were first called to the scene near East Airport Road and South Meridian Avenue.
Officials said one driver had crashed their car into a tree at the intersection, which led to a second wreck involving two separate vehicles.
At this time, no details have been shared regarding the circumstances behind the initial crash.
It remains unclear whether anyone was seriously injured.
