Cyclist injured in crash with vehicle at Bryant and NE 71st

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – A bicyclist sustained injuries Friday morning in a crash with a vehicle in northeast Oklahoma City, reports KOCO News 5.
The accident happened sometime before 6:30 a.m. near the intersection of Bryant Avenue and Northeast 71st Street, which is just northwest of Lake Aluma.
Police haven’t shared any details regarding the cause of the collision. They say the bicyclist was conscious at the scene but did require hospitalization.
The driver involved in the wreck stopped to render aid and to speak with authorities.
Motorists likely encountered delays in the area of the collision while emergency teams worked at the scene.
