Injuries reported in crash at SE 59th and S Westminster in SE OKC

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – Injuries have been reported in an afternoon rush hour crash that happened Thursday afternoon in southeast Oklahoma City, reports TTN Oklahoma City.

Crews responded to the accident sometime before 3:55 p.m. at the intersection of Southeast 59th Street and South Westminster Road, which is north of I-240 and south of I-40.

There’s no word yet regarding the cause of the collision, the manner of the crash impact, or the number of vehicles involved. It’s also unclear how many people were hurt in the wreck.

Drivers likely experienced delays in the area of the crash while crews assisted the victims and worked to clear the scene.

A full investigation is underway.
