Injuries reported in crash on May Ave at SW 52nd St in OKC

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – Crews responded to an accident with injuries on Friday morning in the Mayridge area of Oklahoma City, reports TTN Oklahoma City.

The incident happened sometime before 8:45 a.m. at the intersection of May Avenue and Southwest 52nd Street, which is just northwest of Will Rogers International Airport.

Police haven’t shared many details about the circumstances of the accident, but crews have confirmed that at least one person sustained injuries. There’s no word yet on the number of vehicles involved in the crash.

Drivers likely experienced morning rush hour delays along May Avenue in the area of the crash while authorities gathered evidence and crews worked to clear the wreckage.
