Injuries reported in crash on OK-82 near Iron Post Rd in Mayes Co.

MAYES CO., OK – At least one person sustained injuries Thursday in a two-vehicle crash on the highway in southern Mayes County, reports Fox 23 News.
The incident occurred in the morning on OK-82 near Iron Post Road, which is between Iron Post and Locust Grove.
Police haven’t yet shared any details regarding the accident, and it’s not yet known how many people were hurt. Authorities did caution motorists to avoid catastrophic injuries by wearing their seatbelts.
An air ambulance reported to the scene along with EMS and area police.
Motorists likely experienced significant delays along the highway in this area while crews worked to clear the scene.
