Injuries reported in fiery accident at Hefner and N MacArthur

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – Injuries have been reported in connection to a fiery collision that happened in the Bluff Creek area on Monday, reports News 9.
The accident happened around 11:30 p.m. at the intersection of Hefner Road and North MacArthur Boulevard, which is just west of Lake Hefner.
Police haven’t specified the cause of the crash or the number of vehicles involved. They say that one vehicle ignited after leaving the roadway.
Medics transported a victim from the vehicle that caught fire to an area hospital with burn-related injuries.
It’s unclear if anyone else sustained injuries in the wreck.
