Injuries reported in SUV vs. dump truck crash on Kelley Ave in NE OKC

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – An ambulance responded to the scene of a major accident involving an SUV and a dump truck Thursday in northeast Oklahoma City, reports KOCO News 5.
The incident happened before 8 a.m. on Kelley Avenue near East Memorial Road, which is west of US-77 and south of West 33rd Street.
Police say that a Jeep SUV rear-ended a gravel hauler. The front of the Jeep became stuck underneath the rear of the truck. It’s not yet clear what caused the accident, nor do we know how many people may have been involved.
Officials say that at least one person sustained injuries in the collision, but they’ve not provided any further details regarding the nature or severity of those injuries.
