Medical episode to blame for fatal crash outside NE OKC home

NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – A medical episode was to blame in a fatal crash that took place outside a Northeast Oklahoma City home on Wednesday, KOCO said.
Oklahoma City Police said the incident happened before 9 p.m. in the area of Jordan Avenue and Northeast 25th Street.
The female driver suffered a medical episode, which caused her to lose control of her car and crash into the Northeast OKC home.
The woman, the sole occupant of her car, died from her injuries. Police did not publicly identify the woman, but said she was potentially in her 50s.
The home occupants were uninjured. Authorities did not specify the extent of damage the home sustained.
