Motorcyclist dies following multi-vehicle wreck on I-40 in El Reno

CANADIAN COUNTY, OK – A 51-year-old motorcyclist has died following a multi-vehicle collision last Wednesday, September 18, in El Reno, reports FOX 25.
The crash, which occurred on the westbound lanes of Interstate 40, involved three vehicles, one of which was unoccupied at the time.
While the driver of an impacted Peterbilt was not reported hurt, the operator of a 2005 Yamaha motorcycle was rushed to OU Medical Center. On Sunday, September 22, the patient was pronounced deceased.
Officials have not indicated what led up to the wreck or which party may have been at fault. An investigation remains in progress.
