Motorcyclist ejected, killed in crash on Kilpatrick Tpk near SW 15th

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – A 40-year-old man sustained fatal injuries Sunday night in a motorcycle accident along the freeway in western Oklahoma City, reports News 9.
The wreck occurred around 11:30 p.m. on the northbound side of the Kilpatrick Turnpike near Southwest 15th Street, which is just south of Mustang North Middle School.
Police say that 40-year-old Grant L. Mullicane lost control of his motorcycle, left the freeway, and hit a guardrail. The impact of the crash threw Mullicane from his bike and back onto the freeway. The victim was then struck by an 18-wheeler and a car.
Authorities pronounced Mullicane deceased at the scene. It’s unknown if he was wearing a safety helmet at the time of the wreck.
The other two drivers did not sustain injuries.
