OHP IDs teen killed in train crash near US-69, W 430 Rd

MAYES CO., OK – Authorities have released the name of the 16-year-old girl who was fatally injured in an auto-train crash last month in north Mayes County, reports Fox 23 News.
Shortly after 7 p.m. on Sunday, June 22nd, Isabella Glaze-Lagos of Adair was killed when her vehicle entered the path of a train at the railroad crossing near West 430 Road and US-69. This is just south of Adair and about eight miles northeast of Pryor.
According to police, the collision occurred when Glaze-Lagos ran a stop sign at the intersection.
Medics transported a passenger from the vehicle to an area hospital with unspecified injuries. Police have not released the name of the passenger, and it’s unclear if they have been released from the hospital.
None of the occupants of the train were hurt in the collision.
Glaze-Lagos was a high school student at Adair High School.
The investigation is ongoing.
