Single-vehicle rollover near Skiatook Lake kills 1, hurts 3

SKIATOOK, OK – One person died, and three people were hospitalized Sunday after a rollover crash along a roadway in southeast Osage County.
According to KJRH News 2, the incident happened in the early afternoon near the intersection of Lake Road and Wells Drive, which is just southwest of Quapaw Park.
Police say that for unknown reasons, the driver of a pickup truck lost control and left the roadway. The vehicle rolled after overcorrecting back onto the road.
The driver died at the scene. Authorities have yet identified them publicly.
The three passengers were hurt, though the extent of their injuries is unknown at this time.
An investigation is underway.
