Solo crash near 101st E and E 25th in Tulsa kills 1, injures 2

TULSA, OK – One person died, and two others sustained injuries Monday in a single-vehicle collision along a major roadway in east-central Tulsa, reports Fox 23 News.
The incident occurred in the morning near South 101st East Avenue and East 25th Street. This is between I-44 and US-169 in the Longview Lake area.
Police say that a driver lost control of a vehicle while speeding, left the roadway, and struck a tree.
The backseat passenger died at the scene of the wreck. Authorities have not yet disclosed the victim’s identity.
Medics transported both the driver and a front seat passenger to an area hospital with minor injuries.
A full investigation is underway.
