Solo crash on E0640 Rd near Mitchell kills 15-year-old passenger

HENNESSEY, OK – A 15-year-old boy died on Monday afternoon after a solo crash along a roadway in northern Kingfisher County, reports Fox 25.
The incident happened around 2:45 p.m. along E0640 Road, or Conoco Road, just east of Mitchell Road in Hennessey.
Police say the 17-year-old driver of an eastbound vehicle was speeding when he lost control of the car and left the roadway. The car overturned, throwing the 15-year-old passenger from the vehicle and onto the ground.
Medics transported both teens to the hospital. The 15-year-old died from injuries sustained in the accident.
