Solo crash on US-69 north of Wagoner kills 1

WAGONER, OK – One man died, and two other people went to the hospital on Sunday after a solo crash along the highway between Mazie and Wagoner.
According to Fox 23 News, the incident happened around 11 a.m. on US-69, just northwest of the Flat Rock Creek Campground.
Police have not yet shared any details regarding the cause of the accident. They say a 55-year-old passenger died at the scene while the driver of the vehicle and a second passenger went to the hospital.
Authorities identified the victim as Brian Cullin of Grove.
A full investigation is underway.
