Teen killed, 2 adults injured in 2-vehicle crash at N Sheridan and E 136th

COLLINSVILLE, OK – A two-vehicle crash at a busy intersection in Collinsville killed a teen and injured at least two other people on Saturday, reports KJRH 2 News.

The incident happened around 11:40 p.m. at North Sheridan Road and East 136th Street North, which is northwest of Airman Acres Airport – OK93.

Police say that a 16-year-old driver neglected to heed a stop sign and collided with an SUV carrying two adults and two children. The teen driver sustained fatal injuries.

Medics transported an adult driver and passenger from the SUV to the hospital with serious injuries.

It’s unclear if the two children in the car required medical attention.

A full investigation is underway.
