Train strikes, kills man near E Pine St and US-169 in Tulsa

TULSA, OK – A man died Monday night after a train struck him along a railroad line in northeast Tulsa, reports Fox 23 News.
The incident occurred in the area of East Pine Street and US-169, which just southeast of Tulsa International Aiport.
Police say the man was walking along the tracks when the train hit him. The conductor was unable to stop quickly enough, and the pedestrian either did not hear or did not heed the conductor’s warning.
Authorities have not yet released the name of the victim.
