Woman killed, 2 hurt in head-on collision in Jay

JAY, OK – A woman was killed, and two others were injured in a head-on collision that took place on U.S. 59 North near East 390 Road Sunday.
Oklahoma Highway Patrol told Fox23 that the events unraveled after 6:15 p.m., when a 68-year-old woman lost control of her vehicle, drifted out of her lane, and collided head-on with another vehicle.
The 68-year-old woman died from her injuries at the scene. The other driver and their passenger were left with unspecified injuries.
The victim has since been identified as Mary Foreman. She was the sole occupant of her vehicle.
