Wrong-way collision near N Peoria and E 46th kills 2

TULSA, OK – A wrong-way collision killed two people Sunday afternoon on the far-north side of Tulsa, reports Fox 23 News.
The accident happened around 2:30 p.m. in the area of North Peoria Avenue and East 46th Street North, which is south of McClain High School of Science and Technology and north of Tulsa Tech – Peoria Campus.
Police say that a southbound car entered the northbound side of Peoria Avenue and collided head-on with a northbound pickup truck.
Authorities pronounced the driver of the pickup deceased at the scene.
The wrong-way driver succumbed to their injuries after transport to an area hospital.
Officials have not yet released the names of the victims.
A full investigation is underway.
