1 killed in 2-vehicle crash at SE 29th and I-35 near Trosper Park

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – One person sustained fatal injuries Monday in a two-vehicle collision along a major roadway in south Oklahoma City, reports KOCO News 5. 

The accident happened in the afternoon on Southeast 29th Street at I-35. This is just west of Trosper Golf Course and southeast of Wheeler Middle School.

Police haven’t shared any details about the crash except to say that both vehicles were heavily damaged.

Authorities have not yet disclosed the identity of the victim, nor have they indicated if anyone else sustained injuries in the wreck.

Motorists likely encountered delays and blocked lanes in the area of the accident while emergency teams tended to the victims and crews worked to clear the scene.
