2-car crash on Broadway Ext SB near W Hefner injures 1

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – Officials are reporting injuries after a two-vehicle accident that happened along the freeway in north-central Oklahoma City Wednesday.

According to News 9, the collision occurred before 3 a.m. on the southbound side of Broadway Extension, or US-77, near West Hefner Road. This is just west of Broadway Park.

Police haven’t shared any details concerning the cause or circumstances of the wreck.

Medics transported one person to an area hospital with unspecified injuries.

The crash likely caused delays along the freeway while crews attended to the victims and worked to clear the scene.
