2-vehicle crash at OK-112 and Old Highway 112 kills motorcyclist

CAMERON, OK – A two-vehicle crash involving a motorcycle killed one person on Friday along a highway in northeastern Le Flore County, reports 5 News Online.

The accident occurred around 12:22 a.m. at OK-112 and Old Highway 112, or County Road N4770 in the city of Cameron. This is just west of the state border with Arkansas.

Police haven’t yet commented on the cause of the collision, which they say involved a 2009 Kawasaki VN900 and a 2005 Chevy pickup truck.

The motorcyclist, identified as 21-year-old Hunter Fortner, died at the scene of the accident.

No other injuries have been referenced in connection to the accident.

A full investigation is underway.
