Motorcyclist dies in single-vehicle crash on US-169 in Tulsa

TULSA, OK – A motorcyclist died a little over a week ago when her motorcycle hit a pothole on the highway in Tulsa, and she crashed.
According to Fox 23 News, the incident happened the afternoon of Sunday, February 19th at the exit from US-169 to I-244.
The investigation indicates that the victim struck a pothole as she rode alongside her husband on the highway. The impact caused her to lose control of her bike, at which point she collided with a guardrail.
Authorities identified the victim as Kelly Stokes. They say she died at the scene of the accident.
The victim’s husband did not sustain injuries in the crash.
