Woman killed in 2-vehicle collision on I-35 NB near Davis

MURRAY CO., OK – A 26-year-old woman from Oklahoma City died Friday in a two-vehicle crash along the interstate in central Murray County, reports KXII 12.
The incident happened in the afternoon on the northbound side of I-35, just a couple miles south of Davis.
Police say the woman lost control of her vehicle and left the roadway twice, hitting a guardrail on one side and a concrete bridge rail on the other. The woman’s vehicle was then struck in the rear by a northbound truck.
The woman died at the scene after a lengthy extrication process. Authorities have not yet released her identity to the public.
No other injuries have been reported in connection to the accident.
