Man, 35, loses life in pickup truck rollover crash near Luther

NEAR LUTHER, OK – A 35-year-old man lost his life to a pickup truck rollover crash that took place on Kickapoo Turnpike on Monday, Koco said.
The collision happened after 4:30 p.m. on the southbound lanes near Memorial Road. Oklahoma Highway Patrol determined that the 35-year-old man crashed into the back of a semi-trailer with his pickup truck.
The pickup truck went underneath the trailer, and its driver died from his injuries. OHP has identified the decedent as Robert Nelson Perry from Okemah.
The semi-trailer driver was uninjured.
OHP shut down the southbound lanes for several hours before reopening all lanes.
