BRYAN CO., OK – A 36-year-old woman died, and a baby went to the hospital after an ATV rollover crash in eastern Bryan County on Sunday, reports kxii 12.
The incident happened in the afternoon on private land just west of Bokchito in southern Oklahoma.
The investigation indicates that the victim became distracted and crashed into some fence posts. The crash caused the ATV to overturn, and the unrestrained woman died after the vehicle landed on top of her body. Authorities identified her as Cinnamon Mullens.
Medics transported an infant from the ATV to the hospital for evaluation. It’s unclear if the baby sustained injuries in the crash.
The investigation is ongoing.
