Driver runs red light, causes 2-vehicle crash at SW 44th and Agnew

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – One person was thrown from their vehicle following a major crash at a busy intersection in southwest Oklahoma City on Monday, reports KOCO News 5.
The incident happened in the evening near the intersection of Southwest 44th Street and Agnew Avenue, which is just northeast of Will Rogers World Airport.
The investigation thus far indicates that a vehicle was struck in the intersection after running two red lights and evading police.
It is unclear at this time if either driver required hospitalization. Police say they are both expected to make a full recovery.
Drivers likely experienced delays at this intersection while crews investigated and worked to clear the scene.
