Head-on collision near Hwy 9 and 108th Ave SE kills 2

NORMAN, OK – Two drivers died, and a teen went to the hospital after a head-on crash along the highway south of Thunderbird Chapel in Norman.
According to KFOR News 4, the incident happened Friday afternoon in the area of Highway 9 and 108th Avenue Southeast, which is southwest of the Discovery Cove Nature Center.
It’s not yet clear how the collision occurred. Police say that both drivers died at the scene of the accident and that medics transported a teen patient to the hospital for treatment.
Authorities have not yet released the names of the victims.
