Wrong-way crash on OK-7 Spur near Sulphur kills 1, injures 1

SULPHUR, OK – A 64-year-old woman died Sunday from injuries sustained in a wrong-way crash along the highway in east-central Murray County, reports OKC Fox 25.
The accident happened in the evening on OK-7 Spur, which runs northeast to southwest on the northwest outskirts of Sulphur. This is about 85 miles southeast of Oklahoma City.
Police say the driver of a northbound Lincoln Navigator entered the southbound side of the highway and collided head-on with a southbound Ford F-150.
The wrong-way driver, identified as Betty Clark, died at the scene of the accident.
The driver of the Ford went to the hospital via air ambulance for undisclosed injuries.
A full investigation is underway.
