1 killed, 1 arrested in 2-vehicle crash at N Jordan Ave and NE 23rd St

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – One person died and at least three others were hurt Sunday after two cars collided at a busy intersection in northeast Oklahoma City, reports KOCO News 5.
The incident happened after 2 p.m. at North Jordan Avenue and Northeast 23rd Street, which is northeast of OU Health University of Oklahoma Medical Center.
The investigation indicates that a driver neglected to stop at a red light and struck a vehicle carrying multiple occupants.
Three or four people sustained unspecified injuries. It’s unclear how many of them were hospitalized.
Authorities have not yet released the identity of the victim in the accident.
Police arrested the driver that caused the crash.
The investigation is ongoing.
