2-vehicle crash with ejection kills woman at E 1070 and S 4670

SEQUOYAH CO., OK – A 66-year-old woman died Tuesday afternoon from injuries sustained in a two-vehicle crash in Sequoyah County, reports 4 News Online.
The incident happened around 2:21 p.m. just east of Sallisaw at East 1070 Road and South 4670 Road.
Police say that a vehicle carrying two men collided with the victim’s vehicle, causing her to be thrown into the roadway.
Medics transported the victim, identified as Janet Needham, to the hospital, where she died.
No other injuries have been reported in connection to the accident.
