ATV crash on N 1750 Rd north of Erick kills 14-year-old, injures one other

BECKHAM CO., OK – An ATV crash along a county road in western Beckham County killed a 14-year-old boy on Saturday afternoon, reports KFOR News 4.
The incident happened around 4 p.m. just northeast of Erick on North 1750 Road, which is east of OK-30 and south of Mayfield.
Police say that a 12-year-old was driving the 2018 Polaris Ranger ATV when it crashed.
The 14-year-old passenger died after transport to the hospital.
The young driver sustained non-critical injuries and has already returned home from the hospital.
The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
